This petition is important because a waitress's life has been changed for the worse thanks to being unfairly fired. It all started when the "Pastor," Alois Bell, wrote a rude comment on her receipt, and then tried to stiff her waitress. Her signature was on the rude receipt. The waitress shared Bell's rude receipt on FaceBook. She was later fired for it, which rubbed salt in the wound. Chelsea Welch should not have been fired; there were alternatives. What's worse is Applebee's hoorific PR nightmare taking place on Facebook and Twitter. AB's is utterly unapologetic, and that only further shows that they don't care. Because of this, I'm boycotting Applebee's and taking my business elsewhere, as well as my family's, my friends, and my colleagues. Until Applebee's learns to not behind rigid excuses while not considering the moral elements of this issue, like Bell's disgraceful behavior, I ask you to boycott Applebee's with me.
