There are emojis for practically every sport–even some more uncommon ones such as Table Tennis–however, no emoji has been made for marching band. Though not officially considered a sport, this is a physically enduring activity that many are involved with: more-so than some of the symbols for sport emojis currently presented. In addition, marching band isn’t only a physically enduring activity, but it is also a fine art, and therefore this emoji would cover missing representation in both the worlds of physical activity and the arts. In Apple's efforts to diversify and expand their appeal of emojis, this would give an emoji for the high percentage of participants in marching band around the world.
