This App is part of an international Sculpture Exhibition, Sculpture by the Sea at Bondi, Australia. The exhibition attracts over 500,000 visitors, with a majority of these visitors being iPhone users. At present iPhone users are unable to view the artwork 'Virtually Melted' which tackles the major issue of our lifetime - the rapid melting of the arctic. The reason Apple has given to block the publishing of the App is:

“We found that your app does not include enough functionality to be appropriate for the App Store. You may wish to revise your app and incorporate additional content and features in order to enhance the user's experience.” 

The exhibition runs until November 10th, so we need Apple to respond quickly for the benefit of their clients 'user's experience' at the exhibition.
