Oromos are the most populated Ethic group in Ethiopia, yet they are the ones who are oppressed in Ethiopia. There are about 37+ million oromo people. Currently many young oromo students who are peacefully protesting for farmland to not be conquered and making ways for commercial properties, are being killed and injured. In Ethiopia this flag is prohibited and the Oromo people don't have the right to be prideful of their own flag. This emoji will acknowledge that we too have a voice to be represented.
