There are multiple reports from end-users who are stating that their MACBOOK AIR (Mid 2012) is falling during the 12-15 month mark of ownership. The manufacturer's warranty is valid for 12 months. Upon examination, the Apple Genius Bar has concluded that the cause of failure is due to the Toshiba SSD installed in these Macbooks.

The purpose of this petition is to notify Apple Inc. of this growing problem and to make them accountable.

Necessary actions must be taken by Apple Inc. to provide replacements for customers with these failing Macbooks.
