Why it's important
Apple, construction is one of the only lines of work where people with prior felony convictions can find a job. Do you really want to be the ones to prevent their being a productive member of society? Doesn't fit your ethos of inclusiveness. Also, employment is a key factor in preventing recidivism. Do you want to contribute to it?

Note: I understand Apple is very protective of its proprietary information. But how does that apply here? These guys are laying reinforcement and pouring concrete...
