Lately, we've been living in trying times. Vine halted its remake. Kanye went rogue. Boss Baby got an Oscar nom. And across the world, people squabbled. They squabbled like their lives depended on it—like there would never be common ground again.

But one thing continued to unite them all—sweet, sweet ravioli. 87% of Americans like it, and it's not hard to see why. It's helped us get weeknight dinner on the table. It's been comfort food when we needed it most. These delicious food pillows have continued to deliver us not only the nourishment we need—but also the nourishment we deserve.

But there's no iPhone emoji for the noblest of foods. Croissants, bread loafs, and even what looks like 2/3 of a yam get their due while ravioli languishes on the sidelines.
