This emoji is missing. It is necessary to provide the correct feelings when someone just needs to crack out the double chin. This could be used in a situation where you are feeling smug, or just in a situation where you want to spread a message. There are all these emojis, but yet not one of them can express my feelings the way that the double chin provides. It is our job as human citizens to have the right to decide whether an emoji is worthy or not. We also should have the right to design emojis.
