According to my research, there are three kinds of ogres. Green ogres, Blue ogres, and Red ogres. The Red ogre comes from Japanese mythology, and actually, the PROPER term for this emoji would be “Oni” as the Japanese mythological history shows, Oni wear red masks to cover their ugly ogre face. That being said, this emoji is not a ogre at all. Actually, the emoji is an Oni mask. The Green and Blue ogres are known for their fangs, while the red oni is known for its strength. Oni’s masks have bigger fangs than the actual ogre behind the mask.

I propose you add a Green ogre and Blue ogre emoji option, as the so-called “ogre” emoji is presently only serving Japanese mythology not even of ogres, but of ONI! Please see the Ogre emojis I have created for you to add to the Emoji Keyboard so as not to be politically incorrect on several grounds.
