The Dr. Phil M&M is representative of the term "It really do be like that sometimes" I believe this term is such a massive part of youth culture that it should be represented as an emoji in the form of the green Dr. Phil M&M as an emoji. This would be a fantastic opportunity for Apple and Google to "Get in touch with the youth" and it would be another way of saying "It really do be like that sometimes" without having to type out the entire sentence.
