This is a tragic dilemma. There is no manatee emoji available in iPhone. There is a whale, a dolphin, and a number of fish, but a manatee is not included. The manatee is known as the sea cow, which should be enough reason in itself to add it to the emoji list. They only have six teeth per jaw, yet are still able to eat enough to maintain an average mass of 500 kg. Manatees are also among a limited amount of mammals that have six cervical vertabrea rather than seven. This is quite the phenomena. The intestines of the manatee are approximately 45 meters long, which is extremely out of the ordinary for an animal of this size. The manatee is clearly not an ordinary animal. These are just some of the amazing facts that are presented by these mythical creatures. Yet, there is no emoji?! I know, I'm just as angered as you are.
