Apple CEO Tim Cook recently said the iMac and other Apple products should be made in America. Illinois' advantages of a highly trained workforce, excellent technology infrastructure, extensive university system and a centralized location for manufacturing would make Apple's investment in Illinois the best way to jump-start America's electronics manufacturing boom.
