Why this petition matters

Started by Sarah Dunkelberger

When Apple decided to drop support for 32-bit apps with their 10.15 operating system, many 32-bit games were rendered unplayable, including Team Fortress 2, Half-Life, Left 4 Dead, Portal, and more. If MacOS users aren't able to play said games, they will have no choice but to switch to Apple's competitors, such as Microsoft, to play their favorite games. If Apple decides to bring back support for 32-bit software, then maybe players won't have to switch to Microsoft to play their games. It's a win-win situation for both parties. Apple gets more money and keeps their current users, and players get to keep playing their games for years to come. Apple, If you can't bring back 32-bit support, can you at least give us a software that will allow 32-bit apps to run natively (i.e. WINE)? What do you say, Apple?
