I started this petition on 15/1/2020, the exact day RM30 e-Tunai Rakyat digital incentive was given by Malaysian government. Since the government is encouraging Malaysian to go cashless and start embracing e-Wallet, then it would be a great idea to bring Apple Pay service to Malaysia*.

Apple Pay is a payment service made by Apple that allows user to make payments using iPhone and Apple Watch, which is super convenient! Apple Pay is pre-installed on your iOS, watchOS and macOS devices. All you have to do is just add in your current debit/credit cards from Apple Pay participating banks, then you're good to go. It uses NFC, and payment will be made via payWave. As of 2020, Apple Pay is only available in certain Asian countries including Singapore and Japan. I'm hoping for Apple to bring Apple Pay to Malaysia within this decade. Once we have enough signature, I will personally write an email (with this petition results) to Apple executive Eddy Cue, Senior VP of Internet Software and Services to talk more about this ongoing issue.
