Dear representatives of the Alliance,

The world stands at a historic crossroads. We are witnessing a profound transformation of the global order — in technology, politics, and security. Digitalization, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and advanced weaponry hold the potential to serve humanity. Yet in a world where impunity and tyranny prevail, these achievements are increasingly being turned into tools of domination and destruction.

Civilians are dying. Cities are reduced to rubble. Demographic collapse deepens. Meanwhile, corporate profits rise, and the decisions of international institutions often amount to mere declarations. Too often, democracies choose caution while autocracies act without hesitation.

Russia’s war against Ukraine is not just a territorial conflict — it is a war against the very idea of human dignity, freedom, and the right to exist. It is fought on physical, informational, economic, and technological fronts. And it has long since crossed Ukraine’s borders.

We appeal to NATO not merely as a military alliance, but as the embodiment of the free world’s collective responsibility. In a time of historic crisis, what is needed is not a demonstration of might, but a demonstration of will — to stand up for the values that unite the civilized world.

We urge you to:

·        📍Provide Ukraine with a clear and irreversible path to NATO membership, as was the case with Finland and Sweden — without the outdated requirement of a Membership Action Plan;

·        📍Strengthen military and technical assistance, particularly in air defense systems, combat aviation, electronic warfare, and intelligence capabilities — to protect civilians and critical infrastructure;

·        📍Formalize security commitments to Ukraine through bilateral or multilateral agreements within the NATO framework;

·        📍Deepen operational-level cooperation, creating effective mechanisms for coordinating logistics, troop training, and cyber defense;

·        📍Recognize and support Ukraine as a key part of the European security architecture, without postponing this decision until “after victory.”

Defending Ukraine is not merely a gesture of solidarity. It is an investment in the security of every democratic society. It is the line beyond which lies the collapse of the international order and the triumph of chaos.

Dear allies,
Today, you possess the power to stop this catastrophe. Do not squander this opportunity. Choose the side of Humanity. Choose the side of history.
