The video has circulated online and the ignorant father smiling and trying to hide the child and the other two children brazenly laughing. Its disgusting and insulting they find it funny or believe it is even ok to do in the first place.

It is 2022 and there is no excuse for racist blackface by anyone especially given the degrading history of it e.g minstrels etc.

A formal apology and statement is expected from the leaders of the orthodox community directlyto the black community and request they sign a pledge that Purim 2022 is the last Jewish celebration black face will be ever allowed.

The Rabbis need  inform their community since they only interact within themselves that blackface is racist, insulting, insensitive, unacceptable and downright offensive to Black people.

They need to educate and inform them that is blackface is racist & Anti-Black just like the Nazi swastika, uniforms and Hitler is Anti-Semitic.

I’m highlighting the hypocrisy, & double standards and will not tolerate it.

It is not one rule for them and one for everyone else. They would not like it if Black people were dressed in Nazi attire or as Hitler whenever we have celebrations.
In fact they would be screaming anti-semitism to Shomrim and their leaders and complaining too and taking legal action.

I ve contacted my local councillors in Cazenove Sam Pallis and Caroline Woodley and Diane Abbott MP for North Hackney.

Its infuriating and I hope this is last time that this blatant racism from the orthodox community will have to be raised.
