Dear Sir(s)/Madam(s)

We the residents of Sherwood Estate are facing a security and safety issue within Sherwood Estate, 169 N S C Bose Road, Kolkata 700103. Recently the following 4 residents of Sherwood have created an atmosphere of insecurity by their unlawful activities which is impacting the otherwise prevailing peace and safe environment of Sherwood Estate.

Anindya Bhattacharya of Block O , Flat – 4E
 

In the past 1 month there have a number of incidents where the above mentioned 4 persons have been abusing  other residents in physical and verbal means. Their target victims are people across age groups from 17 years to 50 years.

We live in a community where there are senior people and ladies and children living in harmony. We feel that our security and safety are compromised by the behavior of the above three people. We need your counselling and administrative interventions to control the unruly and unlawful activities of these 4 people so that we can stay in the community without fear of getting abused by these 4 persons.

One FIR ( 897 ) dated 01-Nov-2020 have been lodged at Sonarpur  police station with reference to the latest incident of physical abuse by  2 the above mentioned  persons.

On behalf of the flat owners and residents of Sherwood Estate, we request The President/BOM of SWAOA to notify/warn the respective parents of the above 4 persons for restraint. We also request the OC, Sonarpur Police Station to help us in keeping the Sherwood community safe and secured for all residents of Sherwood Estate
