Stop cheating your customers

The Issue

We, the undersigned are complaining about the irresponsible service of AnyVan. The company charged the full cost of the service in advance, failed to deliver the service as, and refused to refund the money they charged for a service they didn’t deliver.

Our complain concerns issues such as ineffective attempts by the drivers to inform us of their arrival, the driver not showing up at the scheduled time, and the inability of customer services to deal with our queries regarding the arrival time of the drivers on the moving day. We extend our complaint to the Customer Care at AnyVan that put the blame of their inability to deliver the service on us the customers, therefore refused to refund our money.

We believe AnyVan did not provide a competitive and honest service. Through this petition we want to bring our disappointing experience to the awareness of future customers.  As for our personal compensation, after a short waiting time we call on AnyVan to:

1.     Fully refund our prepayment for the service they never delivered

2.     Fully compensate us for the damages their inability to provide the service has caused us.
