Resolution with WestJet

I want to inform you all that I have reached an amicable resolution with WestJet. 

They have agreed to give me a refund into a personal travel bank with a "book by" date of March 2021.

I have also heard of others reaching similar resolutions. While this is not a true refund it fits with my original plans for travel during March break. 

We know there are others still working with WestJet to reach resolutions and I hope you find success as well.
