This is a community center more than a restaurant. It's where generations of folks have come for good, down-home, cookin', conversation, and the chance to just be. Now it's being thrown out of its location so that Safeway can put in a gas station. Community gathering places are few enough and far between. We can't let this one go down. Let Safeway know that all of Seattle values this treasure and you will join a boycott all of their stores if the Silver Fork is closed.
