I hope everyone is keeping safe.

Sadly, Idris Seth, the president of Zakariyya Masjid is rude, aggressive, & has been heard on multiple occasions arguing with members of the public and muslim brothers stating “it’s my mosque! My rules!”. This was during Eid salah, and traditionally it is a ritual for Idris Seth to shout & heckle at muslim brothers at Jummah (Friday) prayers.

Not befitting for a leader of the largest mosque in Bolton.

Has been involved in numerous COVID breaches, namely forcing people to pray together without masks in a BL3 area where rates of COVID transmission is the highest in the country (dated 22/05/2021).

We all want to pray, and we want to pray safely, and legally.

He does not represent the muslim community in Bolton who want to safely come out of lockdown.

I ask Allah to forgive all of us.
