I want this law in place because on the 8/1/17 someone horrible person ran my little furry baby cat jet over and left him to die in the road on bush street by the football field! This has literally left me and my son who is 4 heartbroken and devastated :'( My other cat is now going around my place meowing looking for him :( I think it is wrong that someone can run over a cat and just leave them there, if it was a dog it would be different they would soon get out to check on it! At the end of the day a cat is still someone's pet just like a dog! It's so heartbreaking especially when a little kid is involved.
