My friend/basically sister (because she is like my best friend), has the most beautiful, luscious, blonde, bouncy, flowing hair that anyone has ever seen. Like her hair is like one of the main reasons she is who she is and it should never ever be changed. Last year, she decided to dye her hair dark blue. It honestly ruined her amazing, borderline angelic hair. I am making this petition because she told me yesterday that she wanted to dye her whole head a deep red and I don't want that mistake to happen once again. Please help.
