The decision by the Antigua Labour Party to support the Japanese Whaling campaign by voting pro whaling at the IWC.  The incentive from Japan is an 800,000 $ USD cheque !  I want to see how many people, especially Antiguans would like to try & influence the Government's decision at the next IWC conference which is this Oct in Slovenia.
