The history of fascism speaks for itself. Its objective is to discriminate, terrorize and ultimately eliminate all those who do not meet its racial ideology. 

Its current growth in America is alarming, but it is not unstoppable.

If this petition becomes law, all manufacturing and sales of fascist propaganda and nazi memorabilia will become banned. Pro nazi gatherings, websites, broadcasts, classes and imagery will be made illegal by domestic law. 

This approach has worked in numerous European countries, helping to stop the spread of its dangerous message. Unfortunately, the United States is the leading source location for pro fascist web and print publications.

Similar laws: "Strafgesetzbuch" and "Volksverhetzung" in Germany. "Verhetzung" in Austria.            "Incitement to ethnic or racial hatred" in the UK. "Prohibition of Incitement to Hatred Act" in Ireland. "Hets mot Folkgrupp" in Sweden and Finland.

Many other countries have similar laws, and right now is the best time for the US to do the same. 

It is beyond a freedom of speech arguement when people are dying under its ideology. Act now!
