Someone needs to Stoppa Coppa from what they're about to do to YouTube

The issue

Big Mistake it is for COPPA to rid YouTube is Kid Friendly Content, there's YouTubers that people like me like watching the videos of who are now in peril because of it, I'd sure hate to see them lose being able to do what they've been known for as much as anyone. YouTube is supposed to be Social Media, it's supposed to be a place for watching just about anything, it should always be what the top of it's Wikipedia Page says it is: file:///var/folders/jp/8h606ycx4lx1_tltvs0_m_m80000gn/T/com.apple.mail.drag-T0x10aa23c10.tmp.BiFVts/Screen%20Shot%202019-11-27%20at%207.08.22%20PM.png

I'm worried about these things as much as anyone, considering how I'm pretty interesting in family friendly stuff. I really do not want anything to happen to all the comments I posted on videos over the past 6 years, nor do I want anything to happen to those comments I see on videos that I both do and don't like reading out there that I tend to give a thumbs up to, I especially don't want anything to happen to those YouTubers who expect to have comments on their videos. Publically sharing your thoughts on what you watch and seeing what others think of it is part of what YouTube is there for. So it really would make everyone's days if comments, playlists, watchlists and notifications were all left as they are, especially with those who worked hard to create those playlists and watchlists and those that are proud of their comments on the videos they've commented on.

I myself am also someone who likes watching episodes uploaded to YouTube, especially those I've not seen on TV Screens before and those people are lucky to have watched on the Internet and those I've not seen for sometime. Family Friendly Stuff is quite a common thing that have in the world in fact. I also like watching clips and sketches and segments for stuff might I add. Some people even use YouTube as part of their job, now COPPA's putting them in peril with what they make use of YouTube for. The same I say for let's players and playthroughers, they're clearly people who are expected to do just that. Youtube's supposed to be a place for watching playthroughs of games, and a place where people have been able to see just about anything in every game even without playing them themselves for many years, that's something I myself am known to do on YouTube, it's especially a tonne of help with helping me through games that I'm to play myself.

I've been on YouTube myself since 2011, something I can't live without, a place where I'm able to watch just about anything when I choose to, a place where I'm able to share my thoughts on what I watch, a place where I get to know those I support better, a place where I interact with other YouTubers, something of which I always expect to be the case. A fair amount of videos about COPPA have been going up lately, I really do not want anything to happen to those YouTubers whose videos I've quite liked watching and those I've started getting interested in watching, many of these videos are about how much of a terrible decision it'll be of which I couldn't agree more upon, I'll very happily support anyone out there whose willing to fight back in ways to prevent COPPA from what they're about to do that'll take the You out of YouTube, for instance with those who've formed an anti-COPPA team/group. Like I've done here there are other petitions about this situation, but more so I'm keen to find something that'll be impossible for the FTC and COPPA to not notice in regards to our protests with getting them to understand that they shouldn't do what they're about to do to YouTube:

There's comments being submitted to the FTC Website that'll be received until December 9th, I really hope that every single thing will be appreciated and understood: https://www.regulations.gov/docketBrowser?rpp=25&so=DESC&sb=commentDueDate&po=0&dct=PS&D=FTC-2019-0054

So 2020 is a year where I'd much rather be doing on YouTube what I've done every year, I cannot risk anything happening to my comments on all the videos I've commented on, I cannot risk anything happening to those videos I like to watch each year either, even those I don't watch every year and especially those I've been intent in watching at some point next year. I haven't uploaded a video myself since 2016, I can't even find the advanced settings needed to mark my videos on if or if not they're to be watched by kids. So I really do hope that everyone's messages are received on how COPPA ridding YouTube of Kid Friendly stuff is a bad idea gets received, and that all YouTubers at this point next year are still able to continue doing what they've been known for, and that comments are still be received on videos of Family Friendly Media from over the years. I sure would hate to see them people out of business because of COPPA, but I very happily give strong support on those working to stoppa COPPA and for YouTube to be convinced to be left as it is in the way everyone would expect with Social Media, one thing's for certain is that this Playlist and all the Comments on all the Videos in it are kept an eye on to ensure they're all still standing: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLYIZlCgrq6wnrl4cpnNbY7Yzdh28RQOMR

The same I say for all the other Precious Playlists and Watchlists, good luck I say to whoever out there can stoppa COPPA from ridding Kid Friendly Stuff being found sometime in the next few weeks. I only wish that the news on COPPA's about to do to YouTube is all just a bad dream, but it would be such a relief if there was news that Kid Friendly Stuff and the Comment Sections in all videos and everything else that YouTube is made for will be left as they are, and that other things YouTube is made for like watching livestreams and reaction videos and news updates and even reviews will still be able to exist as something to enjoy watching, not to mention with being educated and learning histories of things which is also super important to those of us that use YouTube.
