THIS is a SCREENSHOT of the fair hearing request since the last two FAIR HEARINGS had to be CANCELED ,  due to the scheduler changing the codes and issues after the conversations took place over the phone. It was the same scheduler and she was very COMBATIVE. What she wrote and what was said during the calls were TWO DIFFERENT things.

It has been apparent that the ADMIN at 5 BEAVER. is manipulating the situation and the judges/magistrates have demonstrated that people are scheduling and telling them CONFLICTING information.

Moreover, As a RETALIATION to the December 30, 2025 fair hearing request and hearing, HRA appointments SUDDENLY started dating back to December 26, 2024 as "MISSED" appointments. These "missed appointments" began appearing in the HRA ACCESS third party vendors' application.

The HRA employees have recommended that the application is "INCORRECT" and that they do not see any appointments for me, however, Every week since the December 30, 2024 Fair Hearing, a new appointment pops up every week. The HRA Access's software application is "paperless", however no notices in the system is indicating what, when, why, how, and why are these "APPOINTMENTS" taking place.

Then a fair hearing decision was mailed to me, upon my request with a PASSWORD pin that was not included in the body of the email. Additionally, the 5 Beaver Street office admin has been playing shenanigans and more recent shenanigans include her refusing to take fair hearing requests over the phone, however she asked me to dial the fair hearing number from the 5 Beaver Street location and while i did not record the other party on. the phone, I took good notes and recorded myself asking questions and repeating back answers. I scheduled four fair hearings that day. The magistrate/judge recommended one, and the others I was told had to be requested separately.

That "audio recording" of those detailed conversations was on two devices and have since been missing. There is ONLY the OBVIOUS agencies that would DELETE those conversations. 

They do not like people to EXPOSE their corruption. 

All of the transcripts are being sent to the proper authorities, however in the meantime, here is the latest one on February 11, 2025.
