A lot of Fantano’s criticisms of MBDTF relate to the level of personal-ness on the album. In his review of Ye, however, Fantano praised how personal it was. Because of that I don’t think it’s unreasonable to say that he should re-review MBDTF given how he feels now about an artist’s personal life being a subject in their music.
