Help demand a full investigation into Charlie's passing.

Charlie received a death threat September 3rd 2024, the previous night. From an individual with close relations to the Chief of Freedom Police.
The following day, he was discovered deceased.

This was quickly ruled as 'self-inflicted' that same night, September 4th 2024.
Despite the presence of 'two external causes of death'.  A highly unusual, suspicious and RARE scenario. 
Shockingly, the Coroners Office and Police department failed to conduct essential forensic testing such as an autopsy, gunshot residue analysis OR toxicology. The absence of critical forensic tests leaves significant gaps in the investigation & the lack of these standard investigative procedures raises serious red flags and concerns.  
Even more concerning.. The family was denied their right to a private and final goodbye with Charlie.
They were not allowed to see him or identify him.

The Blair County Cororner's office gave the family a Narrative Report.
In this it states that State Police were called to 'rule out a homicide' due to an ongoing investigation. 
This statement was discovered to be false. State Police confirmed they were never informed of any investigations nor called to investigate for a potential homicide. Charlie's death was never properly investigated.

Crucial evidence of the scene was overlooked and critical information was omitted from this report.

Some Important information to know:

-Officer Aaron Artz, on scene that day was 'terminated' with Freedom Township Police approximately 1 month after the incident.
The reason for his departure with the department remains unknown and undisclosed despite A Right to Know Request for this information.

-Aaron Artz arrived at an unknown time and 'searched' the property with no warrant, although he claimed on this report he had a warrant.
He never informed dispatch of his arrival and his reasons for being there.

-Aaron Artz lied about WHY & HOW he found Charlie. Stating on this report he could see him through a window.
There are no windows on scene.

-Evidence was purposely omitted by both the Coroners Office and Freedom Township Police.

-Further evidence has been withheld and tampered with.

This is more urgent than ever. 
With legal counsel assisting Charlie's family towards answers, the process is slow moving.
The attorneys have begun a process of attempting to gather eye witness testimonies. 
Coroner Ray Benton is attempting to stop 'eye witnesses' from speaking with the family's attorneys.

Unfortunately I cannot list all of the information the Ray family does have at this time,
but the progress of the case is public record through the Blair County Court system.

Hold these departments accountable and help the Ray family receive a proper investigation, answers and JUSTICE for Charlie!
