Ronda J Pash actions as the Warden at CRCC is not acceptable. She has on a continual basis disregarded the Constitutional Rights of the inmates confined there at CRCC. Since becoming Warden she has cut multiple programs and  has refused the inmates participation in rehabilitative programs which will aide the inmate as they prepare to re-enter society and pursue their new life as an productive citisen. Currently she has had the inmates on a administrative lock down and refuses to end said lock down. The inmates have now been on lock down since May 12, 2018. Warden Pash has refused the inmates the right to utilize the law library, she has refused to provide hot nutritional meals forcing the inmates to consume sack meals which consist of spoiled and rotten sandwich meats and molded bread. Warden Pash has a history of calling unwarranted long term lock downs allowing the inmates only 2 1/2 hours out of their cells every 7 days. Due to the extreme understaffing of Correctional Officers at CRCC Warden Pash  forces these long term lock downs on the inmates. Inmates during these long term lock downs are not receiving proper medical treatment, forced to live in unclean and unsanitary conditions. Warden Pash will not allow the inmates to clean their cells. She refuses to address the ongoing issue of MRSA outbreaks in the prison. If the inmates clean their cells they are sanctioned and given misconducts. During these lock downs prison staff interfere with outgoing and incoming inmate mail. Warden Pash has no regards for inmates, the inmates Rights nor the inmates Constitutional Rights and for all reasons mentioned above she should be removed as Warden at CRCC.
