The Issue

There is a company called Coraza technologies private Limited operating through the brand name Helpchat.
Recently in the month of August they hired people for the post of Brand Experts and the agreement was for work from home. Immediately after the training for the people hired , they were told that the work from home option is stopped and everyone has to opt for work from office. Many people agreed and some did not opt for work from office.
However the company told that the people opted for work from home will be given a months time to make arrangement for working from office. In this month the people will be working from home and this will be treated as notice period for the work from home option. They also told that the selection to work from home will depend on the performance apart from the option selected.
However as widely reported in newspapers on 11th October starting with Bangalore mirror, the people from work from home were not selected to work from office and also there are reports that around 150 people working in office were sacked and that too abruptly.
The People from work from office were given some compensation. However the people from Work from Home were just cheated and they were just made to work for 1 month and at the end of which they were not selected in spite of their performance.
There is no difference between any work from home scams that we find online and what help chat has done to us.
We all need justice and please note that we had a agreement as independent consultant which were valid for 1 year. However they had made us to opt for work from office thereby revoking the agreement and at the same time not offering us the job.
Now we all people from work from Home need compensation for the injustice that we suffered. Please support our cause
