Cowboy Bebop has gotten an extremely unfair rating from critics - this means Netflix likely won't bring it back for a second season - a season we, the undersigned, desperately wish to experience. Being fans of the original groundbreaking series, but also accepting of artistic merit and change, it will be a travesty to end it before it has even started. The stories may be different, and some may not like the character development, but this is not the anime, it is a reimagined vision most of us gladly welcome.

Please don't pull a FOX networks and make this another "Firefly" - gone before it really got any proper footing. Though no less leaving a bittersweet memory and longing for a conclusion.

We implore Netflix to not look at the bad reviews and misguided negativity about the series for the sake of shooting it down - but to bring it back for a growing and interested true community and appreciation for the art that was expressed.

Give this a chance, help us get what could be a vital memory for those to come, as well as give a fresh take on a beloved - but aging - anime and cultural inspiration. Think of Ein and Ed, they deserve more of a chance than a couple scenes, and further development of Spike, Jet, and Faye!
