Nowadays , It's a fashion to ban the pets in the apartment by the Home associations . We are facing the similar ban in our apartment . Some RWA (Resident welfare association) are having the arbitrary laws to demotivate the owners not to have pets . This is form of cruelty towards the animal that is best companion to the human and has the full right to live with dignity and love as we deserve.  We are having laws for the same by animal welfare board of India, but due to lack of Legal Actions towards RWA , it is not implemented and they are torturing the people who are loving the animals .
