For the last two years state govt. Of Andhrapradesh launched an ABC programme state wide. Which is a failure. It resulted in some people NGOs and officials of ULBs pocketing crores of rupees. This was done with no monitoring committees 

The government to cover its failure is resorting to mass killing of dogs in a clandestine way. Giving secret instructions to deny the killings  They want to make it another Kerala in killings 

As per the AWBI guidelines dogs cannot be killed  Only ABC AR.

Ask the AWBI to file cases against Andhrapradesh government  

Ask the DGP who is also ACB in charge to investigate the scam
