Animals are very important for us and also for their owner, but this time there's have many animal abuse's by anyone even if they not own that. Sometimes animals are being aggressive for someone because they are angry at the people who are beating animals.Animals is our friends, so why people keep hurting them? why people making them to suffer till one day the animal will die because of too much hungrier. 

Animal welfare advocates and rescue groups in the Philippines are working tirelessly to help impound dogs who are severally neglected in unregistered city and municipal pound, with a particular focus on the municipality of Medellin where dogs have been left to suffer and die without food, water, shelter, and proper care. Urge officials to take actions to prevent dogs from ending up with horrible situation like these.We should do a simple things that can help them, we can adopt them to be our friend.
