Over the past year and a half our community has watched multiple animals lose their lives due to the lack of laws defending them.  We as a community need stronger laws to defend the lives of animals who can’t speak for themselves. Laws specifically targeting what is proper care. Laws aimed at rescuing animals from neglectful and abuse situations. No animal wants to starve to death, or freeze to death, or die of dehydration. Help us provide stronger criteria for proper care, and educate animal control officers on different species on animals, so everyone can live a healthy and happy life. Provide the county with a farm/large animal specialist so every animal can be represented for. With your support we can encourage and bring awareness to the community and build on the existing laws.
