Recently, there have been videos surfacing of a girl named Emily Fitzler and a group of her friends hitting and thrashing a cat around by it’s neck, laughing at its suffering. My goal is to get this cat taken away from her and put into a safe home. If at all possible, contact the police chief in Collinsville, IL and notify him about this issue to further the chances of protecting this cat.
