To have a legal system that serves the better good for all animals who are in shelters that protect them from abusive people. To have people who have abused and killed animals like this person in Mesa Arizona to be held accountable for each death of each dog and be put away in jail for 15yrs plus and not to be allowed to be around animals of any kind. Anyone who supported him by attaining these dogs needs to be charged with criminal misconduct and murder of innocent animals. 

This must be addressed and changed. We are not acting as God wanted us to be if this cycle of abuse and destruction of creation continues.
