we want to get her into a better environment into a home that can actually love her and care for the way she needs to be careful I've been living at my place for close to a year and over the course of the time I have watched her be not taking care of neglected and is starting to go blind and they aren't doing anything they also leave her outside for 7 hours at a time even in the winter  we don't let kids worry and suffer about what's going on in their life so why should we let dogs or any animal for that matter
