I have enjoyed watching Animal Planet for many years...But I was shocked the other night to see the show  "Yukon Men"!

I feel "Yukon Men" is not appropriate for Animal Planet. It may be better suited for National Geographic Channel or An Outdoor Sporting/Hunting Channel.

I find "Yukon Men" offensive. I am not opposed to hunting...but I am opposed to cruelty and I find trapping; the use of snares and foot/leg traps on otter, wolves, wolverine, and other animals cruel. I feel that the scene where  a wolverine was beaten until it was unconscious and then shot in the head...so the fur would not be damaged...is not appropriate for a network that many children watch....a network that for years has been family and animal friendly.

I will Boycott Animal Planet until "Yukon Men" and shows like "Yukon Men" are removed from the Animal Planet lineup. Join Me Please!
