Our investigators have just identified another dog meat slaughterhouse in the Philippines.

This is the second slaughterhouse we’ve uncovered this month.

But for the first time, this one is operating inside Metro Manila itself.

According to intelligence gathered by our investigators, more than a dozen dogs are killed here every single day. Many of them are believed to be stolen pets or strays rounded up from the streets.

Inside this slaughterhouse, the cruelty is extreme.

Dogs are bashed over the head with blunt objects, their throats are slit, and their bodies are then boiled in large containers of water. After that, they are blowtorched to remove their fur before the meat is prepared.

In some cases, the dog’s head is kept aside and served as a soup delicacy for customers.

The meat is then distributed to restaurants across Manila, where it is often disguised as other types of meat and sold to unsuspecting customers.
