This is a petition to call for help and justice for the poor mama dog whose stomach was ripped open by her irresponsible owners using a kitchen knife and a scissors and was placed inside a big basin. Owner's alibi is that the dog was already dead prior to the operation that they've done and was too desperate to save the 5 puppies, but regardless if mama dog is still alive or deceased they are not in the position to do such gruesome operation with their own hands, they are not licensed veterinarians to do so. It's very easy to tell if a dog is in labor or has medical problem they could've taken her to the nearest vet clinic for proper medical attention.It is the responsibility of the owner to bring the dog to the vet once they noticed it having difficulty in giving birth but they didn’t do anything instead waited for her to die /or still alive when they opened her to take the puppies out.
