Hello, My name is Morgan Lamb, I work at Mikes One Stop Saturday Morning November 16th Charles Roach was sitting at the table drinking coffee talking to all the farmers around our area. I overheard him bragging about killing dogs in the area, and he should hang them on the fence for the owners to find, well I spoke up and said better hope it’s not my dogs he asked my why my dogs where on Robison Road, well I live on robison he didn’t know that. He recently moved from the end of Hwy 315 to about 5 miles from my house. Keep that in mind! And he lives on pilgrims rest so if he killed my dogs in his “pasture” this means he would have asked why my dogs where on pilgrims rest instead he asked why they were on Robison where I live. So I now wonder why he was on robison!  I have 7 cow pastures from my house to his, EJ , Phelix, and Mrs.Fran they have never seen my dogs have never had any problems with my dogs in there cattle pasture. Now all of a sudden he has moved here my dogs are shot and killed. So Sunday morning November 17th at around 6:30 he came in the store I asked how many dogs did he kill and did he have pictures he did so I looked well I handed the phone back very up set and crying I have raised these babies with my babies and I’m very heart broken he proceeded to tell me I need to choose a Better choice of dog I had 2 pit bulls one was pregnant, and too mention his daughter has a pit. Well besides the point We called panola county well I wrote a report out and I have to go file charges on the man but in the meantime of trying to talk to the officer the man wouldn’t quit shoving the bloody pictures of my precious babies in my face I asked him and asked him to leave me along get away from me that I didn’t want to see my dogs asked the deputy to tell him to leave me alone he didn’t. So I guess my point is I’m trying to get this going so maybe we can make panola county great again and the Animal cruelty and harassment and tourche to STOP!  #Note I stopped at all of his neighbors even the guy across the street they say never seen my dogs his other neighbor says his dog comes in his carport and pees on his tire so your dog is roaming and is okay? My dogs roam on their own road and it’s not?
