Justice for dog shot 4x in the head for relieving himself in shooters yard
The Issue
Zeus is the dog of Jason Clark who resides in Uniontown, Pennsylvania at said home nearby shooter's home for 3 years. Zeus was recently shot and is nothing short of a lover, pitbull breed. The shooter, Greg, who lives with his wife nearby to Jason and is an older man, shot Zeus in the head 4x after Zeus got out of his Jason's yard wanting to go play with a female dog next door. Shooter had seen the dog before this incident and Jason personally apologized whenever Zeus showed up in his yard which was far from shooter's house. The man waved to Jason and that was it. Now Jason was at work when the shooting took place only for his wife to go retrieve the bloody dog asking the neighbor wtf he did, to which he replied, "I shot your dog". Jason's wife (who is a chemotherapy patient) drove quickly in a panic to rush Zeus to the vets with her son who carried the dog, and they incurred an $8k bill from the surgery they had to perform, etc. This is a senseless act of violence and this man caused tremenouds pain and suffering along with financial difficulty for the family during the corona virus time which was bad enough! To shoot a dog is an evil thing, but to shoot a dog 4x is senseless, inhumane, and wrong on all counts. It is viscious behavior. This man should be held responsible for what he did, financially, morally, and respectfully so. It is now a felony to harm a dog, I believe. I don't know what the venue for that law is, but I do know he brought great harm here to this family and their dog and should be held accountable for this.
