I see commercials everyday saying how we need to be donating to shelters in reality we need to make more laws on reproducing pups without any licenses. We need more laws on breeding two dogs without proper testing and we need more laws on these backyard breeders who are giving responsible breeders bad names. Only then will these shelters stop filling up when we fix the problem where it starts instead of where they end up. So many dogs are being born with health defect that can be prevented if responsible breeding was followed. They are not JUsT dogs! Change needs to start somewhere!
