On Monday May 11th I let my dog out in his fenced yard and he bit a neighbors dogs foot and the neighbor said she was going to make sure my dog was put to sleep.  We asked her several times to fix her side of the fence, she put up a small piece of mesh, my dogs heads can’t fit through the fence but her dogs keep sticking their heads through. And after she lost one dog she was told that day that she needs to fix her fence because we fixed ours - 

I made an appeal after the first incident and animal control said they never got it.  I sent it to the wrong number- she now sees the date stamp I sent it 

Bo Henry has never attacked another dog nor has he bit anyone. The neighbors dogs have been snarling and biting since August. 
because Bo Henry is a Bully/ lab breed I’m sure he won’t stand a chance   
I’m starting this and have started a fundraiser to cover attorney costs.  Please share this.  We don’t have much time to save him.  He’s the kindest funniest sweetest dog and is scared to death. 
he just had kidney surgery and almost died so all my money went to his surgery
