My family pet Odin was taken by the ARL and City of DesMoines illegally. Odin has been kept with no visitors and my family hasn’t received any updates untill now. Odin is sick and the city of DesMoines and the ARL will not allow me to take him to the vet or see him.

Odin was seized without following the city ordinance.
He is at the ARL where he is isolated in a kennel alone. And now he is sick and animal control refuses to let me come get him and take him to our vet.

This is very common for Polk County Iowa!
Odin needs to be in a loving home and with medical attention. He wasn’t even near the incident they are blaming him.

I want odin home and safe! He has been locked up for 6 months now with no visitors and I am not allowed updates. I have been denied moving him to other non kill shelters , moving Odin out of state and now medical treatment,
Animal control for the city of Des Moines are ARL employees!

Des Moines is racist and prejudice towards those with lower income. They use the breed specific laws to target their perceived owners and because they know lawyers are expensive.
