my entire community does not take care of there pets as they don't feed, shelter or contain the pets properly, the dogs in my neighbors yard are flea ridden, emaciated & left to the elements year round as well as a constant barking nuisance to the houses surrounding there property, i feel so sorry for these dogs but like so many others are helpless in my pursuit to help. My husband has been attacked several times as well as bittin while walking our dog, (that's is well pampered) people in my community are always stating on social media about dogs that are found or lost in my community, the county animal control is a joke as I've asked on several occasions to please help these dogs/pets in my community but to no avail or justice for these clearly suffering animals, the local animal control knows this is goin on but still does nothing for these animals, in my community dogs can be heard clearly barking constantly at all hours of the night keeping hard working citizens like myself up all night, & then Im dragging the next day at work for lack of sleep from these dogs in the community barking at all hours of the night, I'm not alone in this demand that something please be done to STOP the suffering of these animals, & the nausence to the community with lack of or no responsibility for there clearly non taking care of animals & of the horrible experience for the animals, as well as to stop people that don't deserve to have pets in there so call life, pet owners need to be held accountable by taking these neglected dogs/cat away from these so called owners & given to a loving wanting home, i used to walk our dog as well or with my husband but I am terrified by what has happen to him & what could happen to me as a woman!
