As of FEBRUARY 2022, the United States of America is #2 for most animal abusers. According to FBI.gov, 16% of animal abusers move on violent crimes. It is noted that often times they start with people and move onto animals. Demonstration that we can also track violent criminals if we register animal abusers. We can also potentially get ahead of many violent crimes by registering animal abusers. Humanesociety.org identifies that dogs, cats, horses, and livestock are the main targets of abusers, often because they're the most common pets. Over 10 million abused animals die every year in the US. Often times, abusers can move and start the cycle over in another town or county or even state. I am currently following a repeat offender now in my home state. Please help get animal abusers registered. This needs to stop!!!
