Since the closure of Lochside Leisure Centre there are no toilet/catering facilities close to Forfar Loch and Park. My aim is to try and get this for the local community to encourage the outdoors. Possibly in the Rangers Hut. 

Please help to speed this up to hopefully have in place for Summer Holidays 2017.
